Born 1963, PhD in Theoretical High Energy Physics in 2009 from  Gadjah Mada University. Joint  the Theoretical Physics Group of ITB Bandung  in 2000 and  Theoretical Elementary Particle Physics Group of  Johannes-Guetnberg University, Mainz, Germany. Joint the High Energy Physics Group of  University of California  Riverside, USA. 

Principal work experience and other information:

Researcher and lecture at Science and Technology, Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta and Professional organization in HFI and GFTI.

Dr. Edison Munthe,  As a Commissioner

Born 1947, PhD Counsellor from Lutheran Seminary Minnesota University USA in 1997, Master of Counsellor from United Theological College Bangalore South India in 1978.

He is a well known counsellor with several experience from local and  International organization within several country in America and Europe.

Ir. Jaya Damanik, M.M., M.B.A.,CPD is President and CEO of Morintel.  Born in 1968, graduated bachelor degree of Physics Engineering from  NORTH SUMATERA UNIVERSITY Medan, Certify Professional Director from IICD-Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship in 2007,  Master of Management (MM) from SWISS GERMAN UNIVERSITY (SGU) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Constanz University Germany in October 15, 2010. 

He has 18 years experience in Telecommunication Business area like OSP, Commissioning, System Planning Transmission Microwave and Optical Transmission, GSM Network RBS/Microwave Implementation, Project Management , Manage services and Tower CME. 

Previously, he worked 5 years at PT. NIPPON TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH for Telecom Senior Engineer and the last position as an Implementation Manager, and then worked for more than 9 years at PT. SIEMENS INDONESIA as a Senior Engineer for System Planning Transmission both Radio and SDH optical fiber transmission and his last position as Senior Manager for Radio Network Planning before founded Morintel last 2003.

As long as working with Siemens Telecommunication Mr. Damanik's has some oversea job delegation and training, in 1997 SDH Optic and MW High Capacity Transmission, in 2000 WALKair system and Commissioning, in 2003 Training ICN Strategy all this activity within Siemens Information and Communication Networks and Training Institute Muenchen-Germany, in 2001 Netviewer Radio Management System, in 2003 Microwave Performance Calculation Tool: Pathloss Training at Siemens Information and Communication Networks SPA Milano-Italy.

Sarjani Tiodora P, S.E., M.M. is Morintel Finance Director. Born in 1971 and graduated from GAJAHMADA UNIVERSITY Jogjakarta, majoring in Business Administration and Economic in 1994. In addition, she also graduated from Master Degree of Magister Management  BHAYANGKARA University, Jakarta in 2004.
 

Specialized in accounting, finance and tax more than 16 years and still works for Tax Directorate General as Taxation Consultant.

Amando Saragih, A.Md. is Chief Operational Officer of Morintel. Born in 1977, Diploma degree from POLITEKNIK NORTH SUMATERA UNIVERSITY Medan, majoring in Telecommunication Engineering in 1996. Some trainings and courses related to Telecommunication Engineering have been attended by him to improve his 12 years experience in Telecommunication Engineering.

Formerly, he was a Senior Engineer for PT SIEMENS INDONESIA in BTS and Transmission Installation of Satelindo and Telkomsel network Project with experienced in Testing and Commissioning Engineer both BTS and Transmission Link. In 2003 joint with Morintel,  2 years an Outsourching Engineer from Morintel to Ericsson Indonesia to Supervise several Ericsson field Test Com Engineer, In 2005 as a Quality & HSE Manager, In 2007 as a Morintel ITC Project Manager for KSA project at Riyadh, in 2008 as a Total Project Manager at Morintel.

Mariska J. Lasedu, S.I.P. is Morintel Human Resource and General Affair Development Manager. Born in 1974 and received her bachelor degree from PARAHYANGAN  CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY Bandung  Majoring in International Relations in 1997.

She was experienced as  an Organization Information & Computer Network department at PT. Siemens Indonesia for three years, and two years experienced as Information and Communication Consultant at Siemens Limited Thailand for Operational region services and she joint with Morintel at the HR & GA Department last October 2011.

Sepriyanto S. Pelawie, S.E. is Project Manager for NTS project in Morintel. Born in 1974 and received his bachelor degree majoring in Economics Management from Institute Business of Indonesia (IBii) Jakarta in 2000. He attended some courses and seminars, for instance “Leadership and Team Development for Managerial Success” of Multi Training Center Harris in Jakarta.

Formerly, he was Project Controlling of Morintel in 2003 who engaged more than 200’s sites for ITC 2G both RBS and Minilink. Subsequently, Assistant Project Manager was on his responsible to execute some projects including Indosat Backbone optical fiber SIEMENS-PIRELLI 150 km at North Sumatera.
