Tower Provider |
- Morintel builds tower
- Morintel will be responsible for SITAC, construction and O&M
- Morintel markets the sites to customers Build to Suit Scheme
- Customer orders Morintel to build towers at defined locations whithin certain
design parameters and time frame (RNP)
- Morintel will be responsible for SITAC, construction, O&M and leasing to other
party
- Customer commits to lease space on sites on a long term basis with reduced
price
- Morintel acquires the towers (asset-deal and ownership transferring)
- Customer receives cash and lease back the sites with exclusives and price
reduction
- Morintel also rents to 2nd and 3rd tenants (OLO’s)
- Customer retains ownership of tower assets and outsourced to Morintel
- Morintel markets the available space to 2nd and 3rd tenants
- The rental fees will be shared to customer
- Any additional work or upgrade of tower will be Morintel’s responsibility
and cutomer will pay O7M fees to Morintel
- Customer delivers Morintel for 2nd and 3rd tenants, in return Morintel delivers
or finds for customer to be leased as 2nd or 3rd tenants
- Any additional work or upgrade of tower will be customers responsibility
- Customer will pay finding fee and O&M fees to Morintel
